The best way to transform your habitual patterns for good is by working with your mind, spirit, and body. They are deeply interconnected. They impact each other in the order I’ve mentioned them. You generally want to work on all three. Start with the mind (conscious and unconscious thoughts), move through to your emotions, and finally take inspired actions.
You’re actually doing this work all the time, although unconsciously. If you continue doing things the same way, you’ll get more results similar to what you currently have. Think about it - aren’t you getting exactly what you think and believe you deserve? Doesn’t your life represent how you feel about yourself? No matter what you do and how many times you change partners, jobs, hairstyles, homes, cities, or your diet – do your results really change so much, or for very long?
You don’t get what you want when you don’t feel worthy or deserving of it, or when deep down inside you don’t believe it’s possible for you. Your beliefs form your unconscious or habitual patterns of thought, emotion and deed - the ones you are pleased about and the ones you wish you could stop doing.
This is universal law.
The good news is that you can really get to know yourself, strengthen your brain, change your mindset, adjust what is not working for you, and use this and other laws of the universe for your highest good,

HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis is…
A deeply relaxed state of heightened self-awareness or consciousness where your unconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestion. Hypnosis makes it easier for you to experience suggestions, but only those that your unconscious mind chooses to accept.
One on one sessions with Allyn are personalized to specifically address your goals. Hypnosis uses the art of visualization and is also known as guided visualization or guided imagery. Once you are in the Theta (4 – 8 Hz.) or hypnogogic state, which is a meditative state just before you slip into a deep sleep, your hypnotist will replace the unconscious beliefs you hold in the deepest part of your mind, which are often outdated and/or untrue, with positive and healthy suggestions that will serve instead of sabotage you.
You will focus on one issue at a time. When one issue has been relieved, you would then move onto the next issue, if you have more than one that you wish to work on.
Hypnosis is not…
You cannot be made to do anything against your will or anything that does not align with your core beliefs. You will not reveal any information that you wish to remain secret. You never lose control over your behavior. While it may feel like sleep, it is not, your unconscious mind is quite actively involved throughout the session.
Hypnosis Side effects…
There are no known negative side effects of Hypnosis. It is not dangerous, at all. In fact, the only side effect known is a sense of having deeply rested and relaxed, which in itself is very healing.
Number of Hypnosis Sessions it takes to work…
Sometimes one session is all a client needs, especially for smaller or newer issues. Often times four to ten sessions may be required to alleviate a strong held or longtime unconscious belief. Allyn will provide you with a recording of your session, and suggests you listen to it daily between sessions to further implant the suggestions over the old/false belief it is replacing.

Anyone who wants to create a powerful shift in a particular issue they are experiencing can benefit from Hypnosis even if they’ve tried other tools unsuccessfully.
If you are under the care of a Therapist for any sort of mental illness, hypnosis may not be right for you. Please check with your Therapist before scheduling a Hypnosis Session, as they may prefer you work with them using Hypnotherapy. If you have Epilepsy, please check with your Doctor before booking a session.
